How Do Partners Register Deals With Prodata:

Prodata deal registration flow typically follows these steps

Deal identification.
The channel partner or reseller registers the deal through the Prodata Partner Portal by submitting prospect details, location, product interest, and other required information for evaluation.
Deal evaluation.
Prodata channel team reviews the registered opportunity against set criteria. If approved, the deal is valid for six months with exclusive protection, discounts, and sales & technical support.

Deal Registration Approval Process.

  1. Register the opportunity via the https://survey.zohopublic.com/zs/xfRnuv
  2. Complete the registration form and click “Submit for Approval”.
  3. The opportunity will be reviewed by a Prodata channel representative.
  4. An email confirmation with approval or denial will be sent within 3 business days.
  5. All eligible Deal Registration sales will apply toward the Partner’s annual sales quota.
  6. Prodata reviews and validates opportunities, valid for six months. Conflicts are resolved based on context, quality, and date. Decisions are final.
  7. Rejected registrations are notified. Annual maintenance renewals are ineligible.

Deal Registration Approval Criteria

  1. All Authorized Partner, Bronze, Silver, Gold are eligible.
  2. New customer sales opportunities, including add-on seats, are eligible.
  3.  Approval is valid for up to 6 months .
  4. Partner must provide an accurate deal size and seat count.
  5. A partner should register all products they intend to sell.
  6. Multiple projects with the same customer should be register

When can I register an opportunity with ManageEngine ?
An opportunity can only be registered after communication has been established with the account whereby an ‘interest’ and ‘next steps’ have been identified with the end-user.
What happens if more than one partner attempts to register the same customer opportunity?
Only one partner is eligible to register any given opportunity. Prodata Channel Manager will collectively determine which partner initially discovered the opportunity for the first time.
Will my Deal Registration be approved if I bring a Prodata representative to my customer meeting?
Yes. As long as the meeting was set-up by the partner, then any opportunities that are discovered from the meeting are valid for deal registration.
If an opportunity is identified for upgrade or add on to customer existing products, does this qualify for the Deal Registration Program?
Yes, All new product sales & upgrade are eligible for Deal Registration.
If Prodata is already aware of the customers opportunity, can I still do deal registration?
No, the program requires THE PARTNER to identify the opportunity in addition to completing all of the other requirements for eligibility.
